Day 01: Arrival at Dehradun

• Arrival: Land at Dehradun Airport, where our team will pick you up and transfer you to your hotel.
• Evening Briefing: Short briefing on the Yatra and guidelines for the trip.
• Dinner & Stay: Enjoy dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Important Note:

• Only 5 kg of luggage is allowed per passenger for helicopter travel. Duffle bags will be provided.

Day 02: Dehradun – Kharsali – Yamunotri – Kharsali

• Morning:
  • Pickup from the hotel at 5:00 AM and transfer to the Dehradun helipad. After security checks, board the helicopter to Kharsali, arriving at 6:30 AM.
  • Meet our representative and walk to your hotel for breakfast.
• Yamunotri Trek:
  • Proceed for the 7 km trek to Yamunotri (1 km by road). Approximate round-trip trekking time is 5.5 hours.
  • After darshan at Yamunotri Temple, visit the Hot Spring, Yamuna Mata Temple, and Shani Temple.
• Evening: Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay in Kharsali.

Day 03: Kharsali – Jhalla Helipad – Gangotri – Harsil

• Morning:
  • Early morning departure from the hotel. Board the helicopter to Jhalla Helipad, arriving around 7:00 AM.
  • Transfer to Harsil Village, famous for its apple orchards, and check-in at the hotel.
• Gangotri Visit:
  • After breakfast, drive 25 km (1-hour journey) to Gangotri for darshan. Around 3.5 hours will be allocated for temple visits.
• Nature Walk: Stroll through charming villages like Bagodi, Chholmi, or explore the Shiv Temple in Harsil.
• Dinner & Stay: Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 04: Harsil – Sersi – Kedarnath

• Morning:
  • Early checkout from the hotel around 6:00 AM and transfer to the Kedarnath Helipad (via Phata/Sersi/Sitapur/Guptkashi).
  • Take the 7-minute shuttle helicopter ride to Kedarnath.
• Darshan: Spend 2 hours at Kedarnath Temple for darshan.
• Evening: Explore local sightseeing at Gaurikund or nearby attractions.
• Dinner & Stay: Overnight stay near the shuttle helipad.

Day 05: Sersi – Badrinath

• Morning:
  • After breakfast, check out from the hotel and catch a helicopter to Badrinath Helipad, arriving at 8:30 AM.
  • Check-in at the hotel and enjoy lunch.
• Afternoon: Proceed for Badrinathji Darshan. Visit the iconic Mana Village, known as the “Last Village of India,” near the China border.
• Evening: Return to the temple for Swaran/Chandi Aarti (additional charges apply).
• Dinner & Stay: Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 06: Badrinath – Dehradun Drop

• Morning:
  • After breakfast, transfer to the helipad and fly back to Dehradun. Arrive at Dehradun Helipad by 9:30 AM.
  • Collect your luggage from the hotel cloakroom and proceed to the airport.
• Tour Ends: The journey concludes with sweet memories.

For Maha Abhishek Puja:

• Pre-booked passengers need to be ready by 3:30 AM for the puja between 4:30 AM – 6:30 AM.

• Palki or pony at Yamunotri.

Terms, Conditions, and Guidelines

Fixed Flight Timings:

• This is a fixed daily departure tour. Reporting on time is mandatory.

Weight and Baggage Limitations:

• Max weight per passenger: 75 kg (overweight charges apply beyond this).
• Max baggage: 5 kg per person. No suitcases allowed; duffle bags provided.

Bad Weather/Force Majeure:

• Delays or cancellations due to weather, technical issues, or government orders are beyond our control. Refunds follow our policy.

Cancellation Policy:

• More than 15 days: 50% refund.
• 8–15 days: 25% refund.
• Less than 7 days/no-show: No refund.
