Day 1: Arrival at New Delhi

• Arrival at New Delhi Airport/Railway Station/Bus Stand. Begin your sacred journey to Chardham Yatra.
• First stoppage at Haridwar.
• Overnight Stay: Haridwar.
• Meals: Dinner Only.

Day 2: Haridwar to Barkot

• Morning arrival at Haridwar. Refresh at Har ki Pauri.
• After breakfast, proceed to Barkot. (Approx. 6–8 hours/220 km)
• Overnight Stay: Barkot.
• Meals: Breakfast & Dinner Only.

Day 3: Yamunotri Temple Visit

• After breakfast, proceed to Yamunotri Temple.
• Private vehicles will go till Hanuman Chatti (28 km), from where a local jeep will take you to Janki Chatti.
• Trekking to Yamunotri Temple begins from Janki Chatti.
• Trekking Charges (approx. ₹1,000–₹1,800 per person, both ways) or Doli Charges (approx. ₹3,000–₹4,000) are not included.
• Evening return to Barkot.
• Overnight Stay: Barkot.
• Meals: Breakfast & Dinner Only.

Day 4: Barkot to Uttarkashi

• After breakfast, proceed to Uttarkashi (Approx. 4–5 hours/110 km).
• Overnight Stay: Uttarkashi.
• Meals: Breakfast & Dinner Only.

Day 5: Gangotri Temple Visit

• After breakfast, proceed to Gangotri Temple (Approx. 4–5 hours/95 km).
• Darshan & Bath at Maa Ganga Temple, followed by Pooja.
• Return to Uttarkashi.
• Overnight Stay: Uttarkashi.
• Meals: Breakfast & Dinner Only.

Day 6: Uttarkashi to Srinagar

• After breakfast, proceed to Srinagar (Approx. 7–8 hours/160 km).
• Depending on time and weather, you may proceed to Rudraprayag (50 km).
• Overnight Stay: Srinagar.
• Meals: Breakfast & Dinner Only.

Day 7: Srinagar to Kedarnath Base (Rampur/Guptakashi)

• After breakfast, proceed to Rampur (near Kedarnath).
• Enroute sightseeing includes:
  • Omkareshwar Temple
  • Rudraprayag
  • Guptakashi
• Overnight Stay: Rampur/Guptakashi.
• Meals: Breakfast Only.

Day 8: Kedarnath Temple Visit

• Wake up early morning. Proceed to Kedarnathji via Sonprayag/Gaurikund.
• Trek to Kedarnath Temple (Approx. 19 km, 6–8 hours each way).
• Return to Gaurikund and then back to Rampur/Guptakashi.
• For those unable to trek or lacking helicopter tickets, local jeep services can provide sightseeing of nearby temples (own cost).
• Overnight Stay: Rampur/Guptakashi.
• Meals: Breakfast & Dinner Only.

Day 9: Rampur/Guptakashi to Badrinath

• After breakfast, proceed to Badrinathji (Approx. 12–13 hours/230 km).
• Overnight Stay: Badrinath.
• Meals: Breakfast & Dinner Only.

Day 10: Badrinath Darshan & Pipalkoti

• After breakfast, Darshan at Shri Badrinathji.
• Post Darshan, visit nearby places or proceed to Pipalkoti (Approx. 4–5 hours/80 km).
• Overnight Stay: Pipalkoti.
• Meals: Breakfast & Dinner Only.

Day 11: Pipalkoti to Haridwar

• After breakfast, drive to Haridwar (Approx. 8–10 hours/235 km).
• Attend the Evening Aarti at Har Ki Pauri.
• Dinner and overnight journey to New Delhi.
• Meals: Breakfast & Dinner Only.

Day 12: New Delhi Departure

• Early morning arrival at New Delhi.
• Drop-off at Anand Vihar Terminal/Airport/Railway Station.
• Tour ends with sweet memories.

Inclusions & Exclusions

Package Includes:

1. Accommodation on Double Sharing Basis as per itinerary (Multi-sharing for Kedarnath).

4. AC Vehicle for the tour (AC non-functional post Rishikesh).
5. All toll taxes, parking, and driver allowances.

Package Does Not Include:

1. Pony/Doli/Mule Charges for trekking (Approx. ₹1,000–₹4,000 per person).
2. Govt. Service Tax (5%).
3. Lunch, personal expenses, laundry, tips, insurance, etc.

Terms & Conditions

1. Advance Booking: 25% of the package cost (non-refundable).
2. Remaining payment must be made 60 days before departure.
3. Cancellation Policy:
   • 0–30 days: No Refund.
   • 31–45 days: 50% refund (excluding non-refundable 25%).
   • 46–74 days: 75% refund (excluding non-refundable 25%).
   • 75–120 days: 90% refund (excluding non-refundable 25%).
   • 121+ days: 100% refund (excluding non-refundable 25%).
4. Force Majeure: Refunds as per above terms apply for natural calamities, Covid-19, landslides, curfews, etc.
