Day 1: Srinagar Airport/ City – Hotel

Welcome to Srinagar – Gateway to Your Spiritual Journey!

• Arrival in Srinagar: Upon landing at Srinagar Airport, step outside the arrival gate and proceed to the arrival terminal gate.
• KYC and RFID Card: Our dedicated representative will assist you with your KYC formalities and provide your essential RFID card, a mandatory pass for Amarnath Yatra. Keep it secure at all times.
• Comfortable Transfer: Relax as we transfer you to your Srinagar hotel in a well-maintained non-AC vehicle. Absorb the charm of the city en route.
• Check-in & Relaxation: Settle into your cozy accommodation and refresh yourself for the days ahead.
• Yatra Briefing & Documentation Check: In the evening, attend a detailed orientation session where our expert will guide you through the Yatra process, essential dos and don’ts, and verify your documents for a seamless pilgrimage.
• Delicious Dinner: Relish a delightful dinner featuring local flavors at your hotel.
• Rest & Recharge: Get a good night’s sleep to prepare for the upcoming adventure.

Day 2: Srinagar Hotel – Neelgrath Helipad – Panchtarni Helipad

Ascend to Panchtarni – The Gateway to the Holy Cave

• Preparation for the Yatra:
  • Keep your helicopter tickets, original medical certificate, and ID cards handy.
  • Have a filling breakfast or carry a packed meal.
• Journey to Neelgrath:
  • Enjoy a 2-3 hour scenic drive in a non-AC vehicle from Srinagar to Neelgrath.
• Helipad Procedures at Neelgrath:
  • Walk to the Helipad and complete any pending KYC formalities for your RFID card.
  • Security Check by CRPF before approaching the helipad counter.
  • Boarding Process: Get your ticket stamped, undergo a weight check, and collect your boarding pass.
  • Breathtaking Helicopter Ride: Enjoy a mesmerizing aerial view of the Himalayas as you soar towards Panchtarni.
• Arrival at Panchtarni:
  • Walk a few minutes to reach your pre-arranged Amarnathji campsite.
  • Holy Cave Distance: The sacred cave is 6 km away and can be accessed via foot or pony ride.
• Helicopter Cancellations:
  • In case of cancellation due to weather, get your ticket stamped for a refund.
  • Alternative transport like pony palki (book online at Ponypalki.com) can be considered.
• Time Restrictions:
  • Movement is restricted post 2 PM (extendable to 3 PM) between major points.
• Helicopter Slots:
  • Flights to Panchtarni operate between 9 AM – 6 PM
  • Return flights to Neelgrath run from 6 AM – 12 PM.
  • Delays can occur due to weather or operational constraints.
• Overnight Stay at Panchtarni:
  • Check into your comfortable and hygienic campsite.
  • Enjoy a buffet-style Langar meal.
  • Rest well before your trek to the holy cave.

Day 3: Panchtarni Helipad – Neelgrath – Srinagar

Returning from the Divine Pilgrimage

• Morning Routine:
  • Wake up refreshed and complete checkout formalities.
  • Take a return helicopter ride back to Neelgrath/Baltal, witnessing stunning views en route.
• Return to Srinagar:
  • Travel back in a non-AC vehicle, enjoying a picturesque 2-3 hour drive.
• Optional Sightseeing (if time permits):
  • Mughal Gardens: Visit Shalimar Bagh, Nishat Bagh, and Chashma Shahi.
  • Shankaracharya Temple: Enjoy panoramic views of Dal Lake.
  • Shikara Ride: Relax with an optional shikara ride on Dal Lake.
• Evening in Srinagar:

Day 4: Srinagar – Gulmarg Sightseeing – Srinagar

  • Check out by 12 noon.
• Transfer to Airport/City:
  • Our representative will ensure a comfortable transfer to your departure location.
• End of Journey:

Important Notes for Amarnath Yatra 2026
