Day 1: Arrival in Jammu – Transfer to Katra & Jammu Sightseeing

• Arrival & Pick-Up:
  Upon arriving at Jammu Tawi (via airport or railway station), our friendly representative will greet you and transfer you in a comfortable non‑AC vehicle.
• Jammu Sightseeing:
  Enjoy a  tour of Jammu’s cultural landmarks including various temples and lush gardens.
• Transfer to Katra:
  After sightseeing, you will travel approximately 48 km to Katra.
• Hotel Check-In:
  Upon arrival in Katra, check in to your pre‑booked  hotel as per package type.
• Evening & Dinner:
  Relax with a delicious dinner at the hotel and settle in for an overnight stay.

Day 2: Trekking to Maa Vaishno Devi – Katra to Shrine & Return

• Morning Departure:
  After breakfast at the hotel, begin your pilgrimage on foot from Katra.
• The Trek:
  Trek approximately 12 km on well‑marked trails to reach the sacred Maa Vaishno Devi Shrine (typically taking around 4 hours each way). The route offers scenic views and a chance to immerse yourself in the spiritual atmosphere.
• Darshan & Reflection:
  Upon reaching the shrine, spend time in prayer and reflection to absorb the divine energy.
• Return Trek:
  Begin your return journey in the early afternoon to ensure you reach Katra before nightfall.
• Evening:
  Arrive back in Katra, enjoy a hearty dinner at your hotel, and relax for an overnight stay.
• User Tip:
  Wear comfortable trekking shoes and clothing, carry water and light snacks, and use sun protection. Adjust your pace to enjoy the journey and take breaks as needed.

Day 3: Departure from Katra – Transfer to Jammu

• Morning Check-Out:
  After breakfast, check out from your hotel in Katra.
• Transfer to Departure Point:
  Our representative will assist you with your luggage and transfer you to Jammu Tawi, either to the airport or the railway station.
• Farewell:
  Conclude your trekking pilgrimage with cherished memories of your Maa Vaishno Devi experience.

Package Inclusions

1. Accommodation:
   • Twin sharing in a well‑appointed hotel as per package type in Katra.
2. Transportation:
   • AC / Non AC vehicle subject to weather- transfers for pick-up and drop-off from Jammu Tawi to Katra and return.
3. Trekking Assistance:
   • Basic on-ground support along the trekking route (guidance and safety tips).
   • Note: Optional trekking aids (such as pony, dolly, or mule services) are not included but can be arranged independently if desired.
4. Yatra Registration:
   • Assistance with mandatory registration for the Darshan.
5. Meals:
   • Meals on the MAP Plan including breakfast and dinner as per the itinerary.

• Trekking Aid Charges:
  • Pony, dolly, or mule hire charges (if required) are not included. These services can be arranged independently.
