Foreign or Indian Passport holders without Aadhar are advised to book Trekking Packages only. • Guided Trekking Tour Dates: 3 Jul, 6 Jul, 10 Jul, 17 Jul, 24 Jul, 31 Jul. • 3 Jul & 6 Jul batches are SOLD OUT. Other dates are available, but guide services are available only on the listed guided departure dates. • For Amarnath Yatra, bookings are open from 3 July to 3 August currently. For travel beyond 3 August till 28 August, kindly contact us before booking. • All Amarnath & Maa Vaishno Devi Yatra bookings for June, July & August are non-refundable. No refund is applicable within 90 days of travel. • Kindly book only if you are sure to travel to avoid inconvenience under the non-refundable policy. • Package Category Details: Premium includes Branded 4★ Hotels (Radisson Blu / Sheraton or Similar ), Classic includes Mid-range 4★ Hotels with Swimming Pool, 4★ Basic includes Local 4★ Hotels. • Deluxe Package includes 3★ Hotels, and Budget Package includes Home Stay accommodation. • Tent accommodation is common in all packages, with difference only in sharing: Premium (6-8 persons), Classic (8-10 persons), 4★ Basic (10-12 persons), Deluxe & Budget (12+ persons sharing). •

Cancellation Policy

No Refund Policy

  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 90 days of the tour commencement .
  • Helicopter tickets are strictly non-refundable, regardless of cancellation timelines.

Token Amount

  • A minimum of 50% of the token amount will be retained as a cancellation fee.

Refund Provisions

  • 91–365 Days Before Departure: 50% of the total package cost (excluding GST) will be refunded if the full amount has been paid.
  • Less than 91 Days Before Departure: No refunds will be issued.

Additional Charges

  • Extra charges will apply for extended stays on a prorated basis.

Itinerary Changes

  • Itineraries are subject to change based on prevailing conditions.

Sightseeing Rules

  • Sightseeing will not be arranged for arrivals after 2 PM ( for Amarnath , Kedarnath, Maa Vaishno Devi & Mani Mahesh yatra or wherever applicable) on the first day.
  • Unutilized services will not be refunded or adjusted.

Jammu & Kashmir Transport Rules for Amarnath & Maa Vaishno Devi Yatra

  • Local transport may be required for specific locations such as Chandanwari, Betaab Valley, Aru Valley, or in Gulmarg and Sonamarg. Additional charges will apply.
  • Vehicles will adhere to local union regulations and parking rules.

Weather-Related Delays

  • Missed services due to weather or delays in trekking/helicopter schedules will not be refunded or adjusted. Additional arrangements will incur extra costs.

Transportation on the Final Day

  • Transporters will wait at the helipad until 2 PM ( for Amarnath , Kedarnath, Maa Vaishno Devi & Mani Mahesh yatra). Beyond this time, extra charges will apply, or the vehicle will return to Srinagar.

Short-Duration Packages

  • Short packages (e.g., 2 Nights/3 Days) are not recommended due to higher risks of incomplete tours caused by weather conditions.

Helicopter Services

  • If helicopters do not operate, tickets must be stamped for a full refund via a credit note (valid for 365 days).
  • Helicopter services typically operate until 5–6 PM, subject to daylight availability.

Tents and Accommodation

  • Tents provide basic facilities and are designed for an adventurous experience.

Price Updates

  • Helicopter ticket prices may change due to external factors. Travelers must pay the difference.

Cancellation Requests

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email. Requests via phone or WhatsApp will not be accepted.

Force Majeure Situations

  • In unforeseen circumstances (e.g., COVID-19 or natural calamities), 25% of the total amount will be retained as an administrative charge. The remaining amount will be adjusted for the next year’s pilgrimage.

Jurisdiction

  • All disputes are subject to Delhi NCR jurisdiction only.

Refund and Adjustment Conditions

  • Refunds and adjustments apply only to the same tour, for the same number of persons and duration. Reductions in participant numbers will be treated as cancellations, with no refunds provided.

RFID Cards For Amarnath Yatra Only

  • RFID cards are mandatory and must be collected from designated locations.

Helicopter Service Limitations

  • Helicopter operators follow Govt rules. Timing adjustments or other requests cannot be guaranteed.

Partially Used Services

  • No refunds will be provided for partially used or unused services.

Tour Nature

  • The Spiritual Tour available on the portal is not a luxury tour. For luxury services, alternative tours are recommended.
